Billing questions
Where do I subscribe to Base or Pro?
In the Religiously app, where the plans are sold through the app store. Your plan belongs to your Religiously account, so signing in on the web with the same account gives you the same access.
Can I pay on the website?
Organisation seats, AI credits and premium themes are paid on the web through Stripe. Individual plans are bought in the app.
Why do some numbers say “a week”?
AI allowances run on a rolling seven-day window, shared between search and the Teacher. These are the current allowances and may be adjusted.
What happens if my organisation misses a payment?
Members keep access for 14 days while the payment is retried, so a card expiring doesn’t cut anyone off overnight.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are a one-off top-up, from 1 to 500 in pounds or dollars at a time, and are spent only after your included allowance is used up.
